The problem it wants to address
When power and wealth concentrate, communities lose their voice over what sustains them.
The proposal starts from an observation: centralized systems generate inequality and leave people as spectators of decisions that affect their daily lives.
Its answer is to try another way of organizing: decentralization, participation and cooperation, with rules anyone can understand and verify.
